President & Founder
David brings over a decade of experience in statehouse lobbying, political advocacy, and campaign consulting, specializing in government relations, public policy, and advocacy strategies that help clients overcome complex business challenges.
His commitment to client servicing has placed him at the center of some of Illinois' most consequential legislative battles — advancing measures critical to economic growth while tactfully defeating legislation that would have imposed costly and burdensome mandates.
Before founding On Concurrence, David revived, expanded, and managed the Illinois office of a national government relations firm, where annual revenue growth averaged nearly 20% alongside the highest client retention rate in the firm's nationwide network. He has also served as a campaign manager, statewide Field Director for the former Governor, and an advisor on the Governor's transition team.
Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, David is a graduate of DePaul University and resides in Springfield, Illinois, with his family.
